Mark Chew is the Founder and Principal Strategist for Giants Learning Technologies Pte Ltd, a personal and professional development consultancy and coaching firm. Getty Goh is a Director of Ascendant Assets Pte Ltd, a real estate research and investment firm. Besides managing his consultancy, Getty is a Director of MIGO Development Pte Ltd, a boutique property development company that is currently developing an exclusive pool villa project in Krabi, Thailand. Having made his first million in the Singapore property market, Getty aims to use his understanding of the property markets to offer Singapore investors a wider range of property investment options.

Getty is also an accomplished writer and speaker. His first book – Buy Bye Property: Mistakes You Want To Avoid In Property Investing reached the Times Bookshop Bestseller list in 2003. In 2011, Getty’s second book – Buy R.I.G.H.T Property: The R.I.G.H.T Approach To Property Investing in Singapore also made it to Kinokuniya’s Weekly and Monthly Bestseller list. Dave Loo is a Director of SQFT Global Properties Pte Ltd, a real estate consultancy firm. Dave is a highly experienced and esteemed executive professional in the real estate industry. He has successfully managed real estate consultancy firms that specializes in local properties  – OrangeTee, and firms that specializes in foreign properties – OrangeTee Global Properties.

He has established the business presence of SQFT in many major asian countries such as China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, and United Arab Emirates.

Dave’s consultancy expertise in realty includes residential,  commercial and industrial markets. Being, in the foreign real estate industry for over 20 years, he possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge of foreign properties from countries all over the world, such as Australia, Canada, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Maldives, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America.
